TASK
Up until the moment when the agency received the task, the Purple Monkey restaurant was exclusively doing ‘delivery’ based on the ‘dark kitchen’ principle. After that, the clients opened the first Purple Monkey Place ‘sit-down restaurant’ in Zagreb, Tomašićeva Street. The agency’s task was to bring the customers to the restaurant and achieve brand awareness among Zagreb restaurants in general.
GOAL
Our goal was to transform the marketing approach of our client, the restaurant Purple Monkey Place, with the aim of significantly increasing their traffic. We focused on a comprehensive strategy that included digital advertising, social media and improving the guest experience to ensure brand awareness and attract more visitors. Taking into account the great competition in the gastronomic scene, we knew that to improve the restaurant experience we had to come up with something creative and really different. Our methodical implementation of targeted campaigns and innovative solutions resulted in an impressive growth in restaurant traffic, which not only satisfied but also exceeded the goals. Through our engagement, Purple Monkey Place established a strong online presence and grew their loyal guest base, which ultimately contributed to a significant increase in their overall traffic. The goal and desire of many social campaigns is always for the campaign to go viral. This is something that’s really hard to predict, but we more than successful in our goals 🙂
