CASE STUDY: Lino Crunchy Peanut Butter CGI campaign

GHALLENGE
To apply CGI technology in digital advertising to expand creative possibilities for promoting Podravka’s Lino Crunchy peanut butter. Beyond the technical aspects of filming, it was necessary to develop a creative concept, select the space or surface, and, in alignment with the architecture of the space, incorporate CGI elements that support the idea and scenario.
SOLUTION
We chose a recognizable urban scene and integrated the product to blend seamlessly within the context. For CGI to be effective, it was crucial to precisely capture the scenes, focusing on fixed points needed for camera tracking. After filming, we created 3D models and textures, animated and rendered them, performed color correction, and added audio elements. By using CGI, we expanded creative possibilities; concepts that seemed unachievable became feasible and cost-effective — a balloon carrying an enormous jar of peanut butter, exaggerated in size compared to human proportions. These were the means of adding CGI to the client’s portfolio.
